Payment
Payment with PayPay only, and must be completed at time of purchase. Sales tax will be applied to sales within Florida.

Shipping
We ship FedEx Next Day Air, Monday through Thursday with typical arrival by 10:30am. Shipment to contiguous U.S. only.

Please note all purchases may be combined into one shipment to save on costs.

The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your FedEx tracking number. We do not require signature for delivery. We suggest you acclimate your animals as soon as the package is dropped off as the longer they remain in the bag the more stressed they become.

AJ's Aquariums cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your FedEx shipment to arrive late.

Live Arrival Guarantee
In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), contact us within 2 hours of delivery (FedEx posted time) via email and include a clear digital photo of the dead coral. Please do not dispose of the animal without AJ's authorization; doing so will void the guarantee. After approving the DOA, a store credit will be issued towards a future purchase minus shipping charges. We do not refund or credit any shipping costs. Once livestock is in your tank, we have no control over the conditions and no guarantee is implied past delivery. Buyer must receive item on FIRST delivery attempt.

We do not accept returns. Do not ship the item back.
